As we grow, Exit 11 is in search of friendly, hard-working, dedicated and talented baristas to work at our drive-thru locations. Our ideal candidate has at least a high school GED or diploma with some work experience and a desire to work at Exit 11 long-term. We will take the time to train the perfect fit! COMPENSATION
Our baristas make anywhere from $13-$17/hour with hourly wage + tips and bonuses. Tips are paid out daily to baristas at each location.
